Are the rolls actually random?
Yes. Every throw draws from the browser's random number generator, and the result is read off whichever face the die settles on — exactly like a real roll.
Which dice can I roll?
Up to six at a time, in six types: D4, D6, D8, D10, D12 and D20 — the full set board games and tabletop RPGs ask for.
Does it work offline on a phone?
Yes. DICING.APP is a web app (PWA): once loaded it runs without internet, and "Add to home screen" makes it behave like a native app.
